Your Questions, Answered

Body Kneads, LLC is located at 142 Main Street, Suite 500, Nashua, NH 03060. We're open Monday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–4 PM.
What types of massage does Body Kneads offer?
We offer a wide range of massage services, including Classic Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Oncology Massage, Maternity Massage, Thai Full Body Massage, Lomi Lomi, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and more. Whether you're managing chronic pain or simply unwinding, there's a session tailored for you.
What is Oncology Massage and who is it for?
Oncology Massage is a specialized, tailor-made bodywork service designed for cancer patients during and after treatment. It can help reduce swelling, pain, anxiety, nausea, and fatigue while supporting the body's natural healing process. In-home and hospice sessions are also available.
What is MyACT (Myofascial Acoustic Compression Therapy)?
MyACT, or Myofascial Acoustic Compression Therapy, uses targeted acoustic compression to address deep tissue tension and myofascial pain. We offer a 3-treatment package as well as individual follow-up sessions. It's a great option for those dealing with chronic muscle tightness or injury recovery.
What is Red Light Therapy and do you offer it?
Yes, we offer Red Light Therapy in 20-minute treatment sessions. Red Light Therapy uses low-wavelength light to support tissue recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote overall wellness. It's a non-invasive complement to our massage and spa services.
What Aerial Fitness classes do you offer?
Our Aerial Fitness program includes Trapeze, Hammock, and Bungee classes. Classes are available individually or as packages — perfect whether you're brand new to aerial movement or looking to build a consistent practice.
Can beginners join Aerial Fitness classes?
Absolutely — no prior experience is needed. Every new client starts from the beginning, and our instructors guide you through each step. Whether you have no upper body strength or haven't worked out in a while, you're welcome here.
What should I wear to an Aerial Fitness class?
Wear ankle-length leggings and a fitted top that covers your torso — snug enough that it won't flip over your head when you go upside down. For Bungee Fitness, bicycle shorts worn backwards help create a barrier between you and the harness. Bring a water bottle; a yoga mat is optional for Trapeze and Hammock classes.
Do you offer Couples Massage?
Yes, Couples Massage is available in several formats — Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone — in both 60- and 90-minute sessions. Pricing ranges from $170 to $350 depending on the style and duration. It's a wonderful way to share a restorative experience together.
Are there any health conditions that may affect participation in Aerial Fitness?
Yes, a few conditions require extra consideration. Aerial classes are not recommended during pregnancy (unless you were already participating), for those with diagnosed extreme vertigo, or for anyone with glaucoma, as inversions can affect eye pressure. Recent C-section patients should wait 3–5 months after medical clearance. Always consult your physician if you have concerns.
How much do massage sessions cost?
Pricing varies by service and session length. For example, a Classic Relaxation Massage starts at $55 for 30 minutes, while a 60-minute Deep Tissue Massage is $90. Specialty services like Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage and Couples Massage are also available at varying rates. Contact us for a full pricing breakdown.
How much do Aerial Fitness classes cost?
Individual Aerial Fitness classes are $15 per class. We also offer a 3-class package for $36 and a 6-week package for $120 — a great way to commit to your practice and save.
